Call Center Manager
Four Winds Hospital a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment services in Northern Westchester seeks a Contact Center ManagerWe recently implemented new Contact Center technology in our high volume Admissions Department and are looking for an experienced Contact Center Manager who will assist senior management in maximizing the capability of this new technology to improve the customer/patient experience. College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years call center experience of which part was in the healthcare industry and managing a call center. Understanding of technology used in contact center operations including call routing, call system reporting, IVR systems, data base management and omni multi-channel contact center communication. Team player with good people skills. Ability to learn new and existing contact software applications and understand capabilities,limitations and integration with our contact management database.
Mental Health Worker
The Mental Health Worker (MHW) is a member of a multidisciplinary team. The MHW carries out the assigned tasks and duties required to assist in the organization, coordination and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu.
12 hour shifts; days, nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree is preferred; H.S. Diploma and 2 years of college or related experience is required.
Pharmacist- Per Diem
Pharmacist, Per diem for Weekends Sat/Sun, 8am-12pm (4 hrs) and weekday coverage as needed. The pharmacist assists the Director w/clinical responsibilities maintaining quality patient care. Provides support to the Pharmacy technician & liaison to Physicians, Nursing and Patients. Must be graduated from an accredited university 5-year BS and licensure with current registration in NYS as a Pharmacist.
The Registered Nurses are part of a clinical team that uses a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. S/he must be NYS Licensed Registered Nurse who will promote professional practice and patient focused approach to care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to identification and documentation of patient's physical and mental health needs, maintenance of safe and therapeutic environment, provides milieu and crisis management and administration of medication.
12 hour shifts; Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem;
Days, nights and weekends.
NYS License and Registration required, psychiatric experience is preferred.
Full-Time position available w/ benefits. Duties include diagnosis, analysis and installation of PCs in a network-based environment, install peripheral equipment, load software, utility applications, and operating systems and carry out upgrades. Provide technical support to employees. Knowledge of Window XP/7, MacOS/iPad, TCP/IP, Active Directory, MS Office, and Antivirus software (Kaspersky a plus). A+, MCP, MCSE certification a plus. Good oral and written communication skills. At least 5 years’ experience. Computer Science or IT degree preferred.
