Child and Adolescent Inpatient

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Full-time opening for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for an Adolescent Inpatient Unit. The Nurse Practitioner will perform Psychiatric Assessments and Medication Management as part of a Treatment Team that includes Psychiatrists, Therapists and Nursing Staff. New York State License required.

Admissions Coordinator

We are recruiting for a full time Admissions Coordinator. The position includes heavy client contact requiring excellent interpersonal, verbal and computer skills. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. Hospital experience and two years of college required with courses in Psychology and English.



Secretary/Administrative Assistant Part-time (8:30am-1: 30pm)

Part time Administrative Assistant needed for Psych Testing Department. The candidate must have good secretarial and clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, including the ability to maintain the Outlook Calendar.  The Secretary must have excellent phone manner, typing skills and command of the English language (spelling, grammar and punctuation.)



Mental Health Worker

The Mental Health Worker (MHW) is a member of a multidisciplinary team. The MHW carries out the assigned tasks and duties required to assist in the organization, coordination and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu.
12 hour shifts; days, nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree is preferred; H.S. Diploma and 2 years of college or related experience is required.

 Mental Health Worker- Admissions

We are recruiting for a MHW to work in the Admissions Department. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 3pm-11pm. The Admissions MHW responsibilities include body and belongings checks and assisting with physicals. Training will be provided.




Entry level position working with Acute Psychiatric Patients, Child through Adult. 12-hour shifts. BA a plus. 2 year degree or 2 years of college completed preferred.

Social Worker- FT Float

LMSW or LCSW therapist with inpatient hospital and managed care experience to work as a full time Float Therapist in an inpatient hospital setting.  The Float Therapist must be organized, flexible and be able to work with children, adolescents and adults and work on different units with different teams as assigned.   FT, Benefits.



Social Worker- Per Diem Therapists

We are recruiting for LMSW/LCSW Therapists for Per Diem Work. The therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary team, provides individual, family and group therapy. In addition she/he identifies psychosocial issues and concerns of patients and families to provide services that meet their needs. The Per Diem Therapist must have inpatient and managed care experience. Per diem work requires flexibility for scheduling, M-F, 8:30-4:30 ,as needed. Valid NYS License and Registration required, bilingual a plus.



Social Worker- Partial Program

Social Worker-Licensed Master of Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work with Adolescents and Adults at Partial Hospital Program.  The therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary team, provides individual, family and group therapy. Must conduct pre-admissions interviews and discharge planning. In addition she/he identifies psychosocial issues and concerns of patients and families to provide services that meet their needs. Mon-Fri, FT, Benefits. Managed Care experience required, DBT Training preferred.  Valid NYS License and Registration required.

Pharmacist- Per Diem

Pharmacist, Per diem for Weekends Sat/Sun, 8am-12pm (4 hrs) and weekday coverage as needed. The pharmacist assists the Director w/clinical responsibilities maintaining quality patient care. Provides support to the Pharmacy technician & liaison to Physicians, Nursing and Patients. Must be graduated from an accredited university 5-year BS and licensure with current registration in NYS as a Pharmacist.



Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurses are part of a clinical team that uses a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. S/he must be NYS Licensed Registered Nurse who will promote professional practice and patient focused approach to care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to identification and documentation of patient's physical and mental health needs, maintenance of safe and therapeutic environment, provides milieu and crisis management and administration of medication.
12 hour shifts; Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem;
Days, nights and weekends.
NYS License and Registration required, psychiatric experience is preferred.

Special Education Teacher- FT

New York State Certified Special Education Teacher to teach grades 7-9. Experience teaching Math preferred.   The teacher should have the ability and skill to work with emotionally disturbed students with special needs and have knowledge of educational program design, learning disorders and contemporary trends in education.  10-month position, Benefits.

.Net Programmer

Four Winds Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital in Northern Westchester, is seeking a .Net Programmer with Visual Studio experience. The successful candidate will have 10-20 years programming experience in Visual Basic or C# to program in Visual RPG and help build a custom electronic medical record. Previous healthcare experience and IBM i-Series (AS/400) a plus! The position is full-time with benefits.
