Please note that if your insurance plan is not on the list, you may wish to contact your plan to determine whether your carrier would be willing to make a payment arrangement with the hospital.
Hospitals are required to make available information about standard charges for the services they provide. That information is available by calling 914-763-8151, ext. 2383. Hospitals negotiate payment rates with insurers, HMOs, and managed care plans and those rates may be different from standard charges and from each other. Deductibles and co-payments, if any, vary, and you could receive a bill for those costs.
