Registered Nurses
We are looking for registered professional nurses to work with
our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Preference will be given
to candidates who have prior psychiatric experience working with
children, adolescents, adults and older adults and have demonstrated
initiative and competency with these specific age groups and settings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assessment,
treatment planning, interventions, documentation, interdisciplinary
collaboration, teaching and unit management. For information on

Mental Health Workers
We accept applications at all times for Mental Health Workers
who have experience in inpatient psychiatric or related settings.
A high school diploma is required. Candidates with an Associate's
or Bachelor's degree will be given preference. Openings for Mental
Health Workers occur periodically. Please submit your application

Drivers
(Per-Diem)
Four Winds Saratoga is looking for drivers to work in our Transportation
Department. Per-diem positions require flexibility with hours
to work as needed. Individuals will be responsible for transportation
of patients. A high school diploma preferred. Candidates must
have a clean NYS drivers license. No special license required.
Knowledge of Saratoga and Capital District areas desirable. Preference
will be given to candidates with prior transportation experience.
Service Coordinator
(Per-Diem)
Four Winds Saratoga is looking for a candidate interested in
joining our admissions/patient account team to initiate the pre-admission
process. Must have strong communication, documentation and organizational
skills as well as ability to effectively triage and manage crisis
and emergency requests and referrals. A background in insurance
benefit verification and data entry of insurance benefits is desired.
Familiarity with computers is required as well as administrative
secretarial experience relative to a hospital or psychiatric setting.
Flexibility with scheduling is essential to cover shifts as needed
which include day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. A minimum
of a high school diploma is required.
Therapist
(Part-time w/benefits)
Requirements:
Staff psychotherapist working with an interdisciplinary treatment
team within an assigned program providing individual, group and
family therapy in a milieu therapy setting for in-patients. The
Therapist for Adolescent Services functions under the supervision
of the Program Director. Treatment skills in individual,
group, family and therapies and knowledge of and experience in
inpatient setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a master's degree from an accredited school in clinical
counseling or nursing with experience working with adolescents
with a wide range of psychiatric problems; LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW
preferred. Two year's post-master's clinical experience in individual,
group and family therapies.
Experience with/or knowledge of electronic medical record is
helpful.
Schedule is Monday-Friday; 22.5 hours per week.
A complete orientation will be provided including CPR as
required
