Registered Nurses

We are looking for registered professional nurses to work with our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior psychiatric experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults and have demonstrated initiative and competency with these specific age groups and settings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assessment, treatment planning, interventions, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, teaching and unit management. Current Openings Exist.

Mental Health Workers

We are looking for mental health workers who have experience in inpatient psychiatric or related settings. A high school diploma is required. Candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree will be given preference.

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking registered professional nurses to work as part of our multi-disciplinary treatment teams providing administrative and clinical supervision to the nursing staff. These positions can be either 8 or 12 hour shifts. We are seeking creative, competent practitioners of psychiatric nursing who will join our energetic, innovative nursing leadership group. Previous experience providing mental health nursing for children, adolescents, adults or older adults is preferred. Current Openings Exist.

Therapist
(Part-Time w/Benefits)

Four Winds Saratoga is looking for a qualified therapist to join our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient program. Candidates must be a licensed clinical social worker, LMHC or Masters in Counseling Therapist with at least 2 years post master's experience working in an outpatient psychiatric setting and/or with children & adolescents who have a wide range of psychiatric problems. Responsibilities to include assisting Program Director with group therapy, case management, patient assessment/evaluation, meeting with patients & families. Must be an organized team player willing to assist with both clinical and clerical aspects of an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. Eating disorder experience and interest preferred. This is a part-time position (25 hrs per week which includes three to four evenings per week until 7:30 pm). Current Opening Exists.

Outpatient Nurse
(part-time w/benefits)

Four Winds Saratoga is looking for a part-time nurse to join our Outpatient Department. This nurse will work with our team members assisting with medication management and coordinating care with clinicians and school programs. The nurse will also participate in assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning. Must have knowledge of psychotropic medications and the growth and development for children ages 5 through adolescence. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an outpatient psychiatric setting and/or with children who have a wide range of psychiatric problems. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in the state of New York to practice as a LPN or RN. Current Opening Exists.

Dishwasher
(part-time)

This position is responsible for the bussing, cleaning and restocking of all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Schedule includes working Saturday & Sunday, with occasional week day and holiday coverage.

Housekeeper
(full-time)

The Housekeeper will work to maintain cleanliness of assigned area, linen & supply delivery and cleaning supply inventory. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful. Must be able to work occasional weekends and holidays. Current Opening Exists.
