Adult Dual Diagnosis (Psychiatric/Substance Abuse
Treatment)
Dual diagnosis services combine intensive treatment and medication
management blended with the 12-step model in this strong, cognitive
behavioral treatment approach. Individuals can be detoxed in this
program.

The adult service provides acute treatment and rapid stabilization
for individuals 18 years of age and older. Psychotherapy and medication
management are combined with group and family therapy in this intensive
milieu treatment setting. Psychodrama, creative arts, educational
and activities therapy are components of this comprehensive treatment
program for those adults required a high level of supervision. Special
services are available for those with eating disorders and psychological
trauma/abuse issues. Collaboration with the referring therapist/agency
and Employee Assistance Program personnel begins upon admission
and continues through to discharge.
