Admissions Ambassador (Full-Time)

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full time Admissions Ambassador to be responsible for all aspects of the admitting department customer service function as well as serve as the waiting room safety monitor.  The Admissions Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to assist families in understanding and facilitating the admissions process including all of the steps required (i.e. consents, payments, assessments). The Ambassador also carries out other administrative functions to support smooth operations and workflow in the Admissions Department at the request of department leadership. 

BS/BA, or a demonstrated experience working direct patient care. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital environment is preferred. Ability to follow, read and interpret insurance information; experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred; well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines; demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with deadlines; strong customer focus.

Must comply with NYS Healthcare Worker Vaccination requirements.
