Assistant Program Manager (Social Worker)

Four Winds - Saratoga is seeking a full time Assistant Program Manager for our outpatient services. Successful applicant will have knowledge of and experience working in a psychiatric outpatient setting with children, adolescents, adults and their families. 

  • Experience with individual, family, and group therapy required. 
  • Clinical leadership/supervision experience strongly preferred. 
  • Experience in biopsychosocial evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plan formulation required. 
  • Knowledge of telehealth preferred.

Masters’ degree from an accredited school of social work, mental health counseling, or clinical psychology and a current professional NYS license as a LMHC, LMSW (LCSW –R preferred). Successful applicant will have three to five years of post-masters’ clinical experience required.  

The schedule is Monday – Friday, day shift with the flexibility to work late hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
