Four Winds Saratoga is seeking applicants for an immediate opening as a full time Maintenance Health & Safety Technician.

The position provides general maintenance work and snow removal, safety and security coverage for the facility.
Knowledge of paints, stains, solvents, sheet rocking and taping required.
Successful applicant must be adept in the use of all painting tools and equipment, drywall repair and patching.

Minimum qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma
Mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills.
Two years’ experience in commercial painting and ability to perform maintenance duties is required.
The position includes on-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas.
Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs.
A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

The schedule is 37.5hrs/week, Monday through Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

The pay range is $22.00/hr - $27.25/hr.
