Full time (40hrs/week – Monday-Friday, 3:30pm –12:00am)

This position operates the hospital multiple telephone line system as well as the two-way radio systems. Responsibilities include:
- Receive all incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate extension within the facility; greeting and registering hospital visitors, provide them with information or direction and announcing visitors to appropriate hospital personnel
- Clerical duties such as copy work, data entry, faxing and typing; monitoring and processing the emergency alarm systems according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years related experience. Preference will be given to those with a higher education. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently; computer knowledge, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
The pay range is $17.25/hr - $21.00/hr.
Successful candidate will have the flexibility to cover shifts as needed, including some weekdays for scheduled vacations or unscheduled absences within the department.
