Four Winds Saratoga is seeking applicants for an immediate opening as a full time working manager. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, management and supervision of maintenance health and safety functions; ensure that all department shifts are sufficiently staffed; ensure the duties of the department are performed as per policy and procedure; perform department duties as needed to cover during staff’s scheduled and unscheduled absences; monitor the Computerized Maintenance Management System for timely completion of all required preventive maintenance and work orders; coordinate planning and completion of assigned projects with the appropriate departments; maintain an appropriate inventory of parts needed to repair hospital and electrical equipment including HVAC systems; provide job estimates and recommended materials for project work including new construction; monitor conditions and operations of all HVAC equipment through the ALC system; oversee generator testing; provide backup supervision in the absence of the Director.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma as well as mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills. Two years’ experience in management and general maintenance functions required. The position includes on-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas as needed. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
The schedule is 37.5hrs/week, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and/or overnight coverage as needed.
The annual salary for this position is $70,000.

Mental Health Workers (Inpatient and Outpatient Services)

We currently have full time and part time positions available in our inpatient services. The Mental Health Workers are members of an interdisciplinary team who carry out the assigned tasks and duties required to provide holistic care to the patients, organize and coordinate patient activities and contribute to the maintenance of the therapeutic milieu.
The pay range is $17.86/hr - $26.00/hr with additional compensation for education and shift differentials.

Mental Health Workers are provided with thorough training of the department-specific duties, policies and procedures; cross-training for adult, adolescent and child populations providing the ability to work well with each population and be adaptable/flexible with daily assignments; two-day training provided in crisis intervention in order to participate in acute situations.
Applicants must be capable of running, twisting, arching and lifting.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be a high school graduate. Further education in psychology or other health related field is preferred. One year of related experience preferred but on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, written and oral, and possess the ability to establish/maintain professional boundaries.
