Thank you for your inquiry regarding Four Winds Hospital’s events.

All events will be held at the Four Winds Hospital Conference Center unless otherwise noted. Registration is required for all programs.

Due to limited seating, registration is limited to the first 100 paid registrants. For those requiring special services, please call no later than two weeks prior to the conference date so that the appropriate arrangements can be made.
