We are seeking Per Diem Admissions Clinician to initiate and facilitate the preadmission and admission process while keeping with New York State Mental Hygiene Law in a highly confidential manner.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs NY.

Job highlights:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations for all age populations in the pre-admission and admission process.
  • Handle busy office phones and provide administrative triage and support.
  • Manage daily and crisis referrals with regard to inpatient services.

Qualifications:

  • licensed clinician (LCSW or LMSW).
  • 3 – 5 years clinical psychiatric experience.
  • possess excellent verbal & written skills.
  • ability to interact with patients, families and other mental health professionals.
  • strong computer skills and knowledge of insurance and managed care processes.

The pay range is $29.23/hr. – $35.51/hr. Hourly pay is based on related work experience, licensure and certifications.
