Four Winds Saratoga is seeking applicants for a full time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide clinical services to the Behavioral Health Outpatient Program. Duties include, but not limited to, conducting psychotherapy groups, individual therapy, family therapy, case management services, and intake assessments. Ability to provide virtual groups/programming is required.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work or clinical psychology; current status as a LMHC or LMSW/LCSW preferred. License eligible required. Knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and its application in a group therapy setting is preferred. Minimum of two years post masters working with an inpatient or outpatient mental health population is preferred.
The schedule is Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm) with on-call responsibilities. No weekend or holiday requirement.

The base salary is $55,000 with additional compensation for licensure and previous work related experience.
