Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full time Maintenance Health & Safety Technician with a specialty in Painting.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Job highlights:

  • The position provides general maintenance work and snow removal, safety and security coverage for the facility
  • Knowledge of paints, stains, solvents, sheet rocking and taping.
  • Adept in the use of all painting tools and equipment, drywall repair and patching.

Qualifications:

  • high school diploma
  • mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills
  • Two years’ experience in commercial painting and ability to perform maintenance duties is required
  • On-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas
  • Able to lift and carry 80 lbs
  • A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

The schedule is 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and overnight coverage as needed.

The pay range is $22.00/hr – $27.25/hr.
