Four Winds Hospital is seeking full-time/part time experienced inpatient Registered Nurses.

Base pay range is $34.81/hr – $46.81/hr for up to 20 years of RN experience. We offer an extra $0.60/hr for each additional year of direct RN experience.

*Night shift additional $9/hr above base rate.

*Evening shift additional $6/hr above base rate

*Education differential also provided for Bachelors and/or Masters degrees.

  • The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible and accountable to prescribe, delegate and coordinate all nursing care provided on his/her assigned unit.
  • S/he will provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on assigned unit and will be cross-trained to support behaviors necessary for all other age groups.
  • S/he also acts as a role model both to the patient and ancillary nursing staff, as a health educator to the patient and to his/her family, and as collaborator and communicator with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered professional nurse in the State of New York.
  • Graduate nurses awaiting licensure will be able to practice under the supervision of a licensed RN.
  • Prior experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred.
