Four Winds Saratoga Adult Intensive Outpatient Program provides short term, structured group-based therapy for adults 18+ struggling with their mental health. The program provides a step up from traditional weekly mental health care or a step-down from a more intensive level of care like an inpatient or partial hospitalization. This program enables adults to live at home and continue their day to day lives, while developing coping skills and building a stable support system for long-term recovery and success.
- For adults ages 18+ years old
- Adults attend group programming 3x a week virtually
- For adults managing psychosocial stressors and life challenges
- For adults suffering from depression, anxiety, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and gender dysphoria
- Treatment is based on the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Skills training, feedback, and reinforcement to develop and practice skills that transcend the treatment setting
- Psychiatric assessment and medication management
- Family participation in treatment is expected
- Discharge planning and coordination with outside community service providers
