Four Winds Saratoga Partial Hospitalization Program provides short term, structured, Monday through Friday full day, group-based therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with their mental health. The program supports individuals in maintaining safety and well-being within the comfort of their home and community. Adolescents and adults learn self-regulation skills and coping strategies. The program provides a step up from traditional weekly mental health care or a step-down from a more intensive level of care like an inpatient hospitalization.
