Four Winds Hospital is committed to providing you with the information you need to make the best possible decisions about your care. That includes providing information about our standard/published charges, payer-specific negotiated charges, personal pay charges, and alerting you to the possibility of out-of-pocket expenses. Our Admissions staff can give you an estimate, based on your specific insurance plan, of any deductibles or co-insurance that you might be financially responsible for.

Four Winds Hospital’s standard/published rate is an all-inclusive daily rate. That means there are no additional charges for labs, medications, flu shots, COVID testing, and other services while you are in the hospital. The only possible exception to that is for education services for minor patients. Four Winds works with school districts on a tutorial basis/rate. As long as a guardian signs a consent for Four Winds to bill the school district, there will be no additional charge for education services. Education tutoring is charged at $46.00 per hour with a maximum charge of 2 hours per day.
