Westchester Campus
Four Winds Westchester runs a Partial Hospital Program Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 3:30pm for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18 and older). The program is group-focused with an emphasis on learning dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills. It is typically a 3 week program.
The program provides a step up from traditional weekly mental health care or a step-down from a more intensive level of care like an inpatient hospitalization who would benefit from intensive group therapy.
