We are seeking full-time/part time experienced inpatient Registered Nurses.
Base pay range is $35.51/hr - $47.51/hr for up to 20 years of RN experience. We offer an extra $0.60/hr for each additional year of direct RN experience.
*$44.51/hr - $56.51/hr Night shifts
*$41.51/hr - $53.51/hr Evening shifts
*Additional education differential also provided for Bachelors and/or Masters degrees.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible and accountable to prescribe, delegate and coordinate all nursing care provided on his/her assigned unit. S/he will provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on assigned unit and will be cross-trained to support behaviors necessary for all other age groups. S/he also acts as a role model both to the patient and ancillary nursing staff, as a health educator to the patient and to his/her family, and as collaborator and communicator with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, currently licensed to practice as a registered professional nurse in the State of New York. Graduate nurses awaiting licensure will be able to practice under the supervision of a licensed RN. Prior experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Mental Health Workers (Inpatient and Outpatient Services)
Four Winds Hospital is a leading provider of specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. We currently have full time and part time positions available in our inpatient services. The Mental Health Workers are members of an interdisciplinary team who carry out the assigned tasks and duties required to provide holistic care to the patients, organize and coordinate patient activities and contribute to the maintenance of the therapeutic milieu.
The pay range is $17.86/hr - $26.00/hr with additional compensation for education and shift differentials.

Mental Health Workers are provided with thorough training of the department-specific duties, policies and procedures; cross-training for adult, adolescent and child populations providing the ability to work well with each population and be adaptable/flexible with daily assignments; two-day training provided in crisis intervention in order to participate in acute situations.
Applicants must be capable of running, twisting, arching and lifting.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be a high school graduate. Further education in psychology or other health related field is preferred. One year of related experience preferred but on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, written and oral, and possess the ability to establish/maintain professional boundaries.
