Technical Support Specialist

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full time Technical Support Specialist to be a member of our IT team.

  • Duties include first line triaging and prioritizing of all Information Technology service requests within the hospital system (Four Winds Katonah and Saratoga).
  • Serve as the frontline troubleshooting support to achieve high rate of first call resolution.
  • Assistance may include telephone, online or in-person interactions. 

The Specialist works closely with the network/systems and programmer analysts to monitor system performance issues and notify end-users of any downtime. Daily work schedule may fluctuate depending on the needs of the department. This position will also include On-Call rotation for off hours support.

Work with the finance department and be the intermediary between the finance department and the external ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) support team. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
  • Certified computer technician preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a computer technician providing technical support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of phone systems utilizing a Mitel 3300 Controller would be helpful.
