Four Winds – Saratoga is seeking a full time Admissions Coordinator to initiate and facilitate the pre-admission and admission process.
- The Admissions Coordinator will collect all the demographic, medical, clinical, and financial information necessary to make level of care decisions; data entry and negotiate financial arrangements for patient out of pocket expenses.
- BS/BA OR a demonstrated experience working direct patient care.
- Successful applicant will possess strong skills in communication, organization, data entry, documentation and insurance benefit confirmation.
- Ability to effectively triage and manage crisis, emergency requests and referrals; strong computer and data entry skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups are required.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in human services and customer service.
